WEDNESDAY – March 9th
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Event Venue (Merchandising Equipment) Set Up
THURSDAY – March 10th
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Consignor Drop Off (by appointment only)
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Vendor Set Up
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Exclusive Presale (see below)
- 3:00 PM CTC Staff, Vendors, and Volunteers who *work a minimum of two hours of the Drop Off Day *Shifts must be chosen in advance for our website volunteer sign up registration.
- 4:00 PM Consignors that volunteer a minimum of 4 hours
- 4:30 PM New Mom Presale Diaper Drive – Registration required. Click here.
- 5:00 PM Teachers & Military Presale Diaper Drive – Registration Required. Teachers click here. Military click here.
- 5:30 PM Consignors who do not volunteer.
FRIDAY – March 11th
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Public Sale
SATURDAY – March 12th
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Super Savings Saturday *1/2 Price Sale
*All items with the word “Reduce” on the tag will be 50% off
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Post Sale Sort and Venue Breakdown
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Consignor Unsold Items and Check Pick-up
All items not picked up before 6:30 PM will be donated to a Cradle to College chosen charity at 6:31 PM. CTC will not store,warehouse or maintain any items. No exceptions. Checks not picked up will be mailed the following business day to the address on file.
